Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení hospodaření obce Brankovice v rozmezí let 2014 až 2016. Následným cílem je na základě finanční analýzy zjistit a posoudit, jak obec ve sledovaných letech hospodaří. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část práce je věnována teorii, ve které jsou vysvětleny pojmy související s danou problematikou. Druhá část je věnována praktickému využití teoretických poznatků. Nejdříve je charakterizována obec Brankovice. Poté jsou pomocí jednoduché analýzy zhodnoceny příjmy, výdaje, výnosy a náklady obce, majetková a finanční struktura obce a dále jsou vypočítány vybrané ukazatele finanční analýzy. V závěru je hospodaření obce zhodnoceno pomocí údajů zjištěných při analýze. |

The subject of this bachelor thesis is evaluation of the economy of the municipality Brankovice between years 2014 and 2016. The subsequent goal is to find out and evaluate how the municipality is managing in the years under review. The thesis is devided into two parts. The first part is devoted to the theory, which explains concepts related to the given issue. The second part is dedicated to the practical application of the theoretical knowledge. Firstly the municipality Brankovice is characterised. Through the simple analysis, the revenues, costs, incomes and expenditures of the municipality, property and financial structure of the municipality are evaluated, and selected indicators of financial analysis are calculated. In the conclusion the municipality's economy is evaluated using the data found in the analysis. |
