Tématem této bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského záměru a to konkrétně pro založení nové cestovní kanceláře ve Zlíně. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části a to teoretickou a praktickou. V první části jsou shrnuty a popsány teoretické poznatky z oblasti zakládání a řízení podniků. Ve druhé části je sepsán podnikatelské plán, který obsahuje všechny důležité části. Těmi jsou představení společnosti, analýza zákazníků, popis produktu a finanční plán. |

Main parts of business plan are introduction of company, analysis of customer and financial plan. |
