| dc.description.abstract |
Bakalářská práce zpracovává finanční analýzu společnosti V. P. M. Trans, s. r. o. za sledované období 2011 2015. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, části teoretické a části praktické. V rámci teoretické části jsou pomocí literární rešerše popsány jednotlivé účetní výkazy a jejich vzájemná provázanost. Výkazy jsou doplněny o aktuální informace dle novelizace zákona od roku 2016. V druhé polovině je popsána finanční analýza, její cíl a účel, metody zpracování a jednotliví ukazatelé sloužící ke zpracování analýzy. V praktické části je nejprve představena společnost a odvětví, poté je provedena finanční analýza společnosti, která je zpracována na základě teoretických poznatků v první části. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou shrnuty výsledky finanční analýzy. Na základě těchto výsledků je následně pro-vedeno doporučení, které vede ke zlepšení finanční situace ve společnosti. |

Bachelor thesis deals with financial analysis of company V. P. M. Trans, s.r.o. , in time period from 2011 to 2015. Thesis consists of two parts, theoretical part and practical part. Within literature research in theoretical part there are described financial statements and how the relationship between the individual financial statements is. Financial statements are completed with a current information from the law, which was updated in 2016. In the second, part there is described financial analysis and its aim and purpose, processing methods and factors used to process analysis. In the practical part, there is an introduction and specification of the company at first. Secondly, there is a financial analysis of the company, which is the reflection of the information from the theoretical part. In conclusion of this bachelor thesis there is an overview of the results of financial analysis. Based on these results was created recommendation, which leads to better financial situation within the company. |
