dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná bakalářská práce s názvem Spolupráce multidisciplinárního týmu v péči o seniory se zabývá provázaností zdravotní a sociální péče o seniory v pobytové sociální službě. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část se skládá ze tří kapitol a jsou zde vymezeny základní pojmy, jakou jsou stárnutí, staří a kvalita života seniorů. Dále se práce zabývá multidisciplinárním týmem v sociálních službách a vzájemnou propojeností a spolupráci v oblasti péče o seniory s akcentem na kompetence jednotlivých členů týmu, popisuje také zařízení pro seniory, strukturu a organizaci poskytování služeb z hlediska zákona a z hlediska potřeb uživatele služby. Empirická část práce obsahuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření realizovaného u členů multiditidisciplinárního týmu pečujícího o seniory, v němž se respondenti vyjadřují ke spolu-práci v týmu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis, entitled The Collaboration of a Multidisciplinary Team in the Care of the Elderly deals with the interconnection of health and social care for the elderly in the residential social service. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part consists of three chapters and there are defined basic concepts such as ag-ing, old age and the quality of seniors' life. In addition, the thesis deals with a multidisci-plinary team in social services and mutual interconnection and cooperation in the area of care for seniors with emphasis on the competencies of individual team members, also describes the facilities for seniors, the structure and organization of service provision from the point of view of the law and the needs of the service user. The empirical part of the thesis contains the results of the questionnaire survey conducted by the members of the multidisciplinary team dealing with the elderly, in which the re-spondents express their opinion on team cooperation.
