Diplomová práce je zaměřena na přínos sociálně terapeutické dílny pro své klienty. Teoretická část popisuje specifika práce s lidmi s mentálním postižením, individuální plánování, vzdělávání a zaměstnávání lidí s postižením. Dále popisuje sociálně terapeutickou dílnu Naděje Vsetín a její specifika. Praktická část navazuje kvalitativním výzkumem, ve kterém jsou analyzovány dokumenty individuálního plánování. Výzkum je zaměřen na zjištění přínosu sociálně terapeutické dílny pro své klienty. |
