dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na pochopení problematiky financování neziskového sektoru. Teoretickým základem je definovat neziskové organizace se zaměřením na spolky v České republice a popis zdrojů financování jejich aktivit. Cílem práce je zhodnotit finanční možnosti organizace Studentské unie UTB a efektivnost nakládání s finančními prostředky na jednotlivé projekty. V praktické části bakalářské práce je charakterizována vybraná organizace a provedena analýza současného stavu financování dílčích projektů zvoleného subjektu. Dle zjištěných skutečností byla vypracována případová studie jednoho projektu. V práci byly navrženy postupy, které umožní zlepšení hospodaření organizace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis concentrates on understanding of issues of nonprofit sector financing. The point of theoretical base is to define nonprofit organizations with orientation on societies in the Czech Republic and description of financial sources of their activities. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate financial possibilities of the TBU Student Union and efficiency of treating the financial resources assigned to its particular projects. The practical part of the thesis characterizes the chosen organization and analyzes the current state of financing its individual projects. A case study of one of the projects was made according to ascertained facts. The thesis proposes methods that allow improvements in organizations economic activities.
