Cílem diplomové práce je zavedení investičního controllingu ve společnosti Veletrhy Brno, a. s. V teoretické části práce jsou charakterizovány základní pojmy, které jsou spojeny s investicemi, jejich řízením a investičním controllingem. Praktická část se nejdříve zaobírá charakteristikou společnosti, následně analýzou současného stavu řízení investic ve společnosti Veletrhy Brno, a. s, z níž byly definovány nedostatky nynějšího stavu. Na základě analýzy byl navržen projekt zavedení investičního controllingu a to včetně zhodnocení přínosů, nákladů a rizik. |

The aim of the thesis is to deploy investment controlling in the company Veletrhy Brno, a. s. In the theoretical part, there are characterized basic concepts associated with investments, their management, and investment controlling. The Practical part firstly deals with the company characteristics, then analyzes the current state of the investment management in Veletrhy Brno, a. s. in which there were defined deficiencies of the current state. Based on the analysis, there was designed an investment controlling deployment project including evaluation of benefits, costs, and risks. |
