dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce je zpracována jako reálný projekt implementace SPC na výrobní úsek montáž ve firmě na pracování plastů. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, přičemž v teoretické části jsou zpracovány poznatky z oblasti managementu kvality a metodiky SPC. Cílem praktické části je analyzovat současný stav a následně implementovat metodiky statistické regulace procesu pro docílení detailního zkoumání finálního procesu montáže. Implementace SPC odhalila statisticky zvládnutý a způsobilý proces. Postupy nabité při implementaci budou využity i na další projekty.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis describes the real project of implementation of SPC to assembly manufacturing section in the plastic company. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part covers the current knowledge in the area of quality management and SPC methodology. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the current state of assembly manufacturing section in the researched company and implements the methods of statistical process control to achieve a detailed research of the final assembly process. Implementation of SPC detect the statistic mastered and eligible process. Progresses gained during implementation will be used for other projects.
