dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaobírá tématem využití eventu ve vinařské turistice, návrhem vinařského eventu "ZAŽÍT ZNOJMO". Hlavním cílem této práce je, na základě výsledků primárního výzkumu, navrhnout event "Zažít Znojmo" pro znojemskou Vinotéku Jezuitská, na němž se snoubí znojemské víno a historie města Znojma a který podpoří prodej a konzumaci vína ve Vinotéce Jezuitská. Teoretická část práce obsahuje rešerše a podrobné studium odborné literatury a zdrojů a definuje pojmy, které se váží k tématu cestovního ruchu, eventů a jejich plánovaní a realizaci v oblasti vinařské turistiky. Metodická část je věnována výzkumným otázkám, cílům práce a metodám výzkumu. V analytické části je využito několik analytických nástrojů. Jedná se především o vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření mezi návštěvníky Vinotéky Jezuitská, pro kterou se event navrhuje a výsledků tohoto šetření pro návrh celého eventu a společně s pretestem samotného eventu, který je výstupem této diplomové práce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis deals with the use of events in wine tourism and it proposes a wine-making event "ZAŽÍT ZNOJMO". The main goal of this work is to propose the event "Experience Znojmo" for the Jesuit Znojmo Vinotheque, a combination of the Znojmo wine and history and which will support the sale and consumption of wine at the Jesuit Vinotheque. The theoretical part of the thesis includes research and detailed study of scientific literature and resources and it defines concepts related to the topic of tourism and events with a focus on planning and implementation in the field of wine tourism. The methodical part is devoted to research questions, work objectives and methods of research. Several analytical tools are used in the analytical part. This part is mainly focused on the evaluation of the questionnaire survey conducted among the visitors of the Jesuit Vinotheque, for which the event is proposed. And the results of this research are used together with the outputs of a pretest to design the whole event, which is the main outcome of this diploma thesis.
