Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem nevratné ztráty blízkého člověka. Sestává ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Po úvodním vymezení základních pojmů se teoretická část podrobněji věnuje posledním fázím lidského života, tedy umírání a smrti. Přibližuje proces vyrovnávání se se ztrátou blízkého člověka, potřeby pozůstalých a mapuje zdroje podpory a pomoci těmto lidem. Oporu přitom nalézáme v domácí i zahraniční odborné literatuře. Závěrečná kapitola teoretické části je věnována andragogice, zejména pak jejím aplikovaným disciplínám, profesní, sociální, kulturně-osvětové andragogice a poradenství. Praktická část si klade za cíl prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pozůstalými lépe porozumět životní situaci lidí po ztrátě blízkého člověka, jejich potřebám a získat tak vodítko pro tvorbu andragogické koncepce pomoci lidem v této náročné životní situaci. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of irreversible loss of a close person. It consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. After the introductory definition of the basic concepts, the theoretical part deals in more detail with the last stages of human life, namely, dying and death. It details the process of coping with and overcoming the loss of a close person, the needs of the survivors, and maps the sources of support and help provided to these people. We find our support in domestic and foreign literature. The final chapter of the theoretical part is dedicated to andragogy, especially its applied disciplines, professional, social, cultural and educational andragogy and counseling. The practical part aims at better understanding of the life situation of people after loss of a close person, their needs, and, through the semi-structured interviews with the survivors, to guide the development of an andragogical concept to help people in this demanding life situation. |
