Diplomová práce se zabývá specifiky průběhu spolupráce v nízkoprahových zařízeních pro děti a mládež. V teoretické části je představen legislativní rámec služby, standardy kvality sociálních služeb a průběh spolupráce, a to ve všech jeho fázích (prvokontakt, jednání se zájemcem o službu, proces uzavření dohody o poskytování sociální služby, individuální plánování a mapování potřeb uživatelů). V rámci praktické části je pak realizován kvalitativní výzkum, a to s cílem odhalení a vysvětlení již konkrétních specifických situací a postupů spolupráce mezi pracovníkem služby a uživatelem NZDM. |
