Bakalářská práce se zabývá pohledem učitele na roli asistenta pedagoga na základní škole. Teo-retická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na asistenta pedagoga, jeho kompetence a předpoklady k výkonu profese a jeho náplň práce. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na osobnost pedagoga, jeho kompetence, předpoklady a náplň profese, která se týká i spolupráce s asistentem pedagoga. Poslední část je zaměřena na základní školu, v níž obě profese působí. Praktická část, za pomoci kvalitativního výzkumu, se zabývá tím, jaký je způsob spolupráce mezi asistenty pedagoga a učiteli a tím se zodpovídá otázka jeho role na základní škole. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the teacher's view on the role of teacher's assistant in primary school. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is focused on the teacher's assistant, his competences and prerequisites for the profession and his job description. The second chapter is focused on the personality of the teacher, his competence, prerequisites and content of the profession, which also concerns the cooperation with the teacher's assistant. The last part focuses on the elementary school in which both professions work. The practical part, with the help of qualitative research, deals with the way of cooperation between the teacher's assistants and the teacher and thus the question of his role in the elementary school. |
