Tato práce se zabývá implementací GDPR ("Obecné nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů") ve státní správě. Je zde řešena problematika používaných systémů po zavedení GDPR. Stávající systémy jsou stručně charakterizovány, jakož jsou popsány také změny, jimiž některé ze systémů musely projít, aby splňovaly podmínky dané tímto nařízením Evropské unie. Zároveň práce obsahuje návrh opatření pro systémy, které by pravděpodobně nesplňovaly nároky výše zmíněného nařízení. |

This thesis inquires into the implementation of the GDPR ("General Data Protection Regulation") in the state administration. It deals with the systems used after the implementation of GDPR. Existing systems are briefly characterized, as are described the modifications some of them needed to undergo so that they would comply with the terms stated by the European Union regulation. Likewise the thesis contains suggested measures for the systems, that probably would not meet the requirements of the aforementioned regulation. |
