| dc.description.abstract |
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh programu rozvoje města. V první části práce byla vymezena teoretická východiska týkající se regionálního rozvoje, regionální politiky, strategického plánování a financování obcí. V navazující praktické části práce bylo využito metody socioekonomické analýzy a dotazníkového šetření, díky čemuž byl vytvořen analytický profil města, na jehož základě byla sestavena analýza SWOT. V závěrečné části práce byla navržena strategie rozvoje města na období 5 let. Návrh programových cílů vycházel z identifikace hlavních problémových oblastí rozvoje a byl dále rozpracován do podoby opatření a konkrétních aktivit vedoucích k dosažení stanovených cílů. Práce byla završena návrhem akčního plánu rozvoje na období 2 let a katalogem projektů, v němž byly podrobně rozpracovány tři nejaktuálnější investiční záměry města a další 3 navrhované projekty. |

The thesis is focused on proposal of the city development program. In the first part of the thesis, the theoretical background concerning regional development, regional policy, strategic planning and municipal financing was defined. In the following practical part of the thesis, a method of socioeconomic analysis and a questionnaire survey was used, thanks to which an analytical profile of the city was created, on the basis of which the SWOT analysis was compiled. In the final part of the thesis, a strategy for the development of the city for a period of 5 years was proposed. The draft programme objectives were based on the identification of the main problem areas of development and were further elaborated into measures and specific activities leading to the achievement of the set objectives. The Work was completed with a draft action plan for 2 years and a catalogue of projects in which the three most recent investment plans of the city were elaborated in detail and the other 3 projects proposed. |
