dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem konceptu Smart City. V teoretické části přibližuje udr-žitelný a regionální rozvoj, analyzuje a popisuje problematiku i současné trendy. Práce obsa-huje příklady dobré praxe ze zahraničí a České republiky. Praktická část přibližuje statutární město Zlín a hodnotí míru implementace prvků konceptu Smart City ve městě. Na základě analýzy je navržen soubor projektů pro jednotlivé oblasti, které by mohly být součástí akční-ho plánu při rozšíření konceptu Smart City ve Zlíně.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The master's thesis deals with analysis of the Smart City concept. The theoretical part of the-sis explain sustainable and regional development, analyzes and describes issues and current trends. The thesis includes examples of good practise abroad and the Czech Republic. The practical part the thesis focuses on city of Zlin and assesses the degree od implementation of Smart City concept elements. On the basis of this analysis are proposed a set of projects for areas, that could be part od the action plan to expand the Smart City concept in the city of Zlin.
