dc.description.abstract	V mojej bakalárskej práci sa zameriavam na problematiku získavania zdrojov na zabez-pečenie podujatia Reprezentačný ples UTB 2019 organizovaného neziskovou organizáci-ou Studentská unie UTB. Výstupom tejto práce je okrem analýzy využitia fundraisingu SU UTB poskytnutie odpo-rúčania pre ďalšie generácie fundraiserov v organizačnom tíme vybranej udalosti, formou heslovitého návodu na účely zjednotenia procesu získavania zdrojov.

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my bachelor thesis I am focusing on the matter of gathering resources to provide the social event called "Reprezentačný ples UTB 2019" that is organized by non-profit organization Studentská unie UTB. Outcome of this thesis is except for the analysis of the use of fundraising in SU UTB also a recommendation for the next generation of fundraisers in the organizational team of the chosen event in the form of brief instructions in order to unite the whole process of resources gathering.
