Krizová komunikace tvoří už řadu let nedílnou součást krizového řízení a je důležitou spojnicí mezi složkami integrovaného záchranného systému a veřejností. Přenos životně důležitých informací směrem k veřejnosti v době, kdy dojde k mimořádné události ohrožující lidské životy, zdraví nebo majetek, se stává prioritou v jejich ochraně. Cílem práce je zmapovat teoretický a zákonný rámec krizové komunikace a jeho aplikaci v podmínkách jednotlivých základních složek integrovaného záchranného systému. Práce popisuje krizovou komunikaci Hasičského záchranného sboru Zlínského kraje, Zdravotnické záchranné služby Zlínského kraje a Policie ČR. Součástí práce jsou jedinečné informace z neveřejných dokumentů pro případy krizových stavů a komunikační modely pro jednotlivé druhy mimořádných i krizových událostí. |

The crisis communication is an integral component of the crisis control and also an important connection between the integrated rescue system and the general public. Transmission of essential information towards the general public is a priority for the public's protection at the time of an emergency event, which might be dangerous for the human lives, health and properties. The aim of the project is to describe the legal framework of the crisis communication and its effectual application in the conditions of the integrated rescue system and its individual constituent parts. The project covers the crisis communication among The Fire Rescue Service of the region of Zlin, The Emergency Health Service and The Police of The Czech Republic. The project also includes unique information, drawn from the private document files, for the crisis event cases and communication models for the particular types of the emergency and crisis events. |
