Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá mladistvými obviněnými a jejich pobytem ve vazbě. Popisuje jak působí výkon vazby na mladistvé, základní pojmy týkající se mladistvých ve výkonu vazby, jejich výchovné problémy, práva a povinnosti mladistvých ve výkonu vazby, jak na vazbu a na podmínky v ní mladiství reagují a práci specialistů a aktivity, které se s mladistvými uskutečňují a pomáhají jim překonat zátěž výkonu vazby. |

This study follows cases of juvenile offenders and deals with their stay in custody on remand. It describes the impact of a remand on juvenile offenders, basic terms concerning juveniles and teenage prisoners on remand. It follows their discipline problems and it describes the rights and duties of the ones in custody on remand - how the prisoners on remand react on the conditions of a remand. It also describes the work of pedagogue specialist and activities practiced with prisoners on remand in order to help them to surpass the burden of imprisonment on remand. |
