dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na transformaci pobytových sociálních služeb z pohledu pracovníků přímé péče v chráněném bydlení. Zamýšlíme se nad rozdíly bydlení osob s postižením v pobytových sociálních službách. Teoretická část se podrobněji věnuje vymezení procesu transformace a deinstitucionalizace pobytových sociálních služeb. Dále se zaměřujeme na vymezení sociálních služeb jako takových, podrobněji pak popisujeme jednotlivé pobytové sociální služby pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Dále se zaměřuje na komunitní sociální služby typu chráněného bydlení. V neposlední řadě pak na pozici pracovníka přímé péče v sociálních službách. Praktická část je zaměřena na kvalitativní výzkum, který je realizován formou rozhovorů s pracovníky přímé péče chráněného bydlení. Získané poznatky jsou následně zpracovány a vyhodnoceny tak, aby mohly být aplikovány pro zkvalitnění dané služby. Data jsou získávána prostřednictvím polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a analyzována pomocí otevřeného kódování.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the transformation of residental social services from the point of view direct care workers in sheltered housing. We think about the differences in people´s housing with disabilities in residental social services. The theoretical part deals with in more detail defining the process of transformation and deinstitutionalization of residental social services. We also focus on the definition of social services as such, in more detail we describe individual residental social services for people with disabilities. It also focuses on community social services such as sheltered housing. Last but not least, in the position of a direct care worker in social services. The practical part is focused on qualitative research, which is carried out in the form of interviews witch direct care workers sheltered housing. The acquired knowledge is then processed and evaluated so that it can be applied to improve the service. The data are collected through a semi-structured interview and analysed using open coding.
