Diplomová práce je zaměřena na možnosti využití Armády České republiky při řešení pandemie Covid-19 a charakteristiku jejich sil a prostředků využitých při záchranných pracích. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části práce je vymezena problematika ochrany obyvatelstva, integrovaného záchranného systému, Armády České republiky a její úloha v rámci integrovaného záchranného systému pří provádění záchranných a likvidačních prací. Poslední část teoretické práce je věnována problematice pandemie koronaviru typu SARS-CoV-2, která zasáhla i Českou republiku na jaře roku 2020. Obsahem praktické části je analýza sil a prostředků Armády České republiky využitých při řešení pandemie Covid-19, charakteristika činností, na kterých se Armáda České republiky během pandemie podílela a stanovení návrhů a doporučení pro efektivnější využití sil a prostředků Armády ČR. |

The Master's Thesis is focused on the possibilities of using the Army of the Czech Republic in addressing the COVID-19 pandemic and the characteristics of their forces and resources used in rescue operations. The Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the issues of population protection, integrated emergency system of the Army of the Czech Republic and its role within the integrated emergency system in rescue and liquidation operations. The last section of the theoretical part deals with the issue of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus pandemic, which also affected the Czech Republic in the spring of 2020. The practical part contains an analysis of the forces and resources of the Army of the Czech Republic used in addressing the COVID-19 pandemic, the characteristics of activities in which the Army of the Czech Republic participated during the pandemic, and making proposals and recommendations for a more efficient use of the forces and resources of the Army of the Czech Republic. |
