Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem certifikačních norem na marketing a management ve vybraném podnikatelském subjektu. Ve společnosti již byl zaveden systém managementu kvality v souladu s normou ISO 9001:2001. Cílem této práce je úspěšný re-certifikační au-dit a tím i prohlášení o shodě s normou ISO 9001:2016. Podstatou řešení je zhodnocení současného stavu marketingu a současného stavu procesu řízení kvality. Součástí práce jsou vypracované analýzy a řešení, které umožní implementaci normy ISO 9001:2016 a následná integrace sytému do vybrané společnosti. |

The diploma thesis deals with the influence of certification standards on marketing and management in a selected business entity. The company has already implemented a quality management system by following per under the ISO 9001: 2001 standard. The aim of this work is a successful re-certification audit and thus a declaration of conformity with the ISO 9001: 2016 standard. The essence of the solution is the evaluation of the current state of marketing and the current state of the quality management process. Part of the work is developed analyzes and solutions that will enable the implementation of the ISO 9001: 2016 standard and the subsequent integration of the system into the selected company. |
