dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce řeší rizika činnosti nákupu a materiálových toků uvnitř vybraného podniku, zabývajícího se automotiv průmyslem. Cílem této práce je teoretické pojednání o problematice objednávání materiálu pro automotiv, analýza a vyhodnocení rizik vybraných nákupních procesů a vymezení problematických oblastí včetně nápravných opatření. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část pojednává o charakteristice rizik, činností nákupu obecně, dále se věnuje dílčím oddělením spojeným s nákupem. Teoretická část dále definuje analýzu rizik jakožto pojem. V praktické části jsou užity metody analýzy rizik na konkrétní možná rizika v uvedeném vybraném podniku. Pomocí uplatňovaných metod analýzy rizik z praktické části bakalářská práce uvádí doporučená nápravná opatření pro zmíněný podnik.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis focuses on risks of material purchasing that flows through the company in the automotive industry. The aim of this work is a theoretical treatise of the issue of ordering material for the automotive, analysis and evaluation of the risks of selected purchasing processes and the definition of the problematic part, including corrective measures. The thesis incorporates two parts; a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part comprises risk characteristics, purchasing activities in general, and also the sub-departments associated with purchasing. The theoretical part further defines risk analysis as a concept. In the practical part, risk analysis methods are used for specific potential risks in the company. By the use of the applied risk analysis methods from the practical part of this bachelor's thesis, corrective measures are recommended for the company.
