Tématem diplomové práce je racionalizace vybraného výrobního procesu s využitím metod a nástrojů průmyslového inženýrství ve vybrané společnosti. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány pojmy jako racionalizace výrobního procesu, plýtvání, metody a nástroje průmyslového inženýrství a metoda 5S. Praktická část diplomové práce je složena z charakterizace společnosti, popisem současného stavu výrobního procesu, analýzou současného stavu výrobního procesu a pracoviště. Projektová část diplomové práce se zabývá implementací metody 5S, její realizací a zavedením vizualizačních prvků. |

The topic of the diploma thesis is the rationalization of a selected production proces using methods and tools of industrial engineerign in a selected company. The theoretical part characterizes concepts such as rationalization of the production proces, waste, methods and tools of industrial engineering and the 5S method. The practical part of the diploma thesis consists of the characterization of the company, a desctription of the current state of the production proces, an analysis of the current state of the production proces and the workplace. The project part of the diploma thesis deals with the implmentation of the 5S method, its realization and the introduction of visualization elements. |
