dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce na téma "Mzdové účetnictví ve vybrané společnosti" se zabývá mzdovým účetnictvím ve společnosti DEK a.s. se zaměřením na odměňování zaměstnanců pomocí benefitů. Bakalářská práce je tvořena z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části práce rozebírá nejprve pracovněprávní vztahy, způsoby odměňování a dále obsáhlejší kapitolu mzdovou problematiku, která zahrnuje účetní i daňový pohled. V praktické části práce je stručný popis společnosti, její historie a mzdové účetnictví zahrnující výpočet mezd a jejich zaúčtování. Tato část obsahuje i dotazníkové šetření zaměřené na zaměstnanecké benefity ve společnosti. Závěr práce je věnován vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření a na základě získaných poznatků jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení systému odměňování pomocí benefitů ve společnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis on the topic "Payroll Accounting in the Selected Company" deals with payroll accounting in company DEK a.s. and it is focused on employee compensation through benefits. The bachelor thesis contains two parts, the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part is consisted of labour relations, methods of compensation and a more comprehensive chapter on wage issues, which includes accounting and tax perspectives. In the practical part of the thesis is a brief description of the company, its history and payroll accounting including the calculation of wages and their accounting. This part also includes a questionnaire investigation on employee benefits in the company. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the questionnaire investigation and on the basis of the acquired knowledge, suggestions for improvement the compensation system through benefits in the company.
