Tato práce hodnotí, jaký vliv mají vlasové přípravky obohacené keratinovými hydrolyzáty na mechanické vlastnosti vlasů. V práci jsou popsány aktivní látky využívané v kosmetických přípravcích, keratin, jeho složení a využití, příprava hydrolyzovaného keratinu z kuřecího peří a jeho možnosti využití. Dále je přiblíženo hodnocení bezpečnosti kosmetických přípravků, metody hodnocení vlasové kosmetiky a senzorické hodnocení. Byly připraveny tři šampóny s přídavkem keratinového hydrolyzátu o různých koncentracích a jeden univerzální šampón bez přídavku hydrolyzovaného keratinu. Na konci experimentu byly připraveny vzorky z odebíraných vlasů od 24 probandů pro měření tloušťky vlasů, pro tahovou zkoušku a pro mikroskopické sledování lomu vlasů. |

This diploma thesis evaluates the effect of hair products enriched with keratin hydrolysates on the mechanical properties of hair. The thesis describes active substances used in cosmetic products, keratin, its structure and use, the preparation of hydrolysed keratin from chicken feathers and its potential uses. Furthermore, the evaluation of the safety of cosmetic products, methods of evaluation of hair cosmetics and sensory evaluation are presented. There were prepared three shampoos with the addition of keratin hydrolysate in different concentrations and one universal shampoo without the addition of hydrolysed keratin. At the end of the experiment, samples were taken awy from 24 probands for the hair thickness measurement, for the tensile test and for the microscopic monitoring of hair refraction. |
