dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je zefektivnění míchací linky na divizi příprava materiálu ve společnosti Continental Barum s.r.o. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou použity poznatky z odborné literatury se zaměřením na totálně produktivní údržbu, údržbu strojního zařízení a jeho efektivnost. Praktická část využívá informací z teoretické části. Obsahuje základní informace o společnosti a popisuje výrobní proces gumárenské směsi pomocí míchací linky, na které jsem zkoumal její poruchovost pomocí MTBF a MTTR, kde ve workshopu s využitím metody 5Why jsem stanovil hlavní příčiny poruchovosti. Na základě vytvořených analýz je realizován projekt, který se zabývá implementací návrhu na zlepšení. V závěru jsou shrnuty přínosy, které realizace projektu přinesla.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this thesis is to streamline the mixing line for the material preparation divisionat Continental Barum s.r.o. This work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the knowledge from the literature is used with a focus on totally productive maintenance, maintenance of machinery and its efficiency. The practical part uses information from the theoretical part. It contains basic information about the company and describes the production process of the rubber compound using the mixing line, where I examined its failure rate using MTBF and MTTR, where in the workshop using the 5Why method I identified the main causes of failure rate. Based on the created analyzes, a project is implemented that deals with the implementation of a proposal for improvement. The conclusion summarizes the benefits of project implementation.
