Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou současného stavu odpadového hospodářství. V teoretické části, kde je kladen důraz na tukový odpad, jehož recyklace se aktuálně razantně rozšířila, je realizována rešerše a sběr dat. Popsány jsou i bezpečnostní problémy, které souvisejí se sběrem tohoto odpadu. Logistika a optimalizace jsou další oblasti, které jsou klíčové v odpadovém hospodářství a jejich popis je uveden v této části. V praktické části je prezentován navrhnutý matematický model, který je následně implementován v softwaru GAMS. Závěrem jsou demonstrovány výsledky výpočtů pro vzorek pěti obcí v ČR a rozebrán směr dalšího vývoje s případnými modifikacemi použitých přístupů. |

This bachelor thesis deals with the problematics of the current state of waste management. In the theoretical part, where the emphasis is on fat waste, of which the recycling currently expanded rapidly, a search and data collection is carried out. The safety problems associated with the collection of this waste are also described. Logistics and optimization are next areas, that are key in waste management and their description is provided in this section. The practical part presents the proposed mathematical model, which is then calculated in GAMS software. Finally, the results of calculations for a sample of five municipalities in the Czech Republic are demonstrated and the direction of further development is analysed with possible modifications of the approaches used. |
