dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o asertivních dovednostech vedoucích pracovníků, respektive manažerů. Cílem je zjistit úroveň jejich asertivních dovedností, v jakých situacích asertivně nejednají, provést opatření a odhalit slabé stránky těchto dovedností po aplikovaném opatření. Teoretická část se zabývá komunikací, asertivitou a podstatou manažerské profese. Praktická část využívá kvantitativní metodu dotazníků, kvalitativní metodu polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, analýzu vytváření trsů, po provedených opatřeních skórovací metodu s mapou rizik a diagram Ishikawa.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with assertive skills of managers. Its aim is to analyze level of their assertive skills, when they do not act assertively, take measures and reveal weaknesses of these skills for applied measures. The theoretical part deals with communication, assertiveness and the essence of management as a profession. Practical part takes use of questionnaires of quantitative research, qualitative research's semi-structured interview and cluster analysis and, after the measures taken, scoring method with a map of the risks and Ishikawa diagram.
