dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá kvalitou života žen se stresovou močovou inkontinencí. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak se změnila kvalita života po operaci inkontinence. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomií a fyziologií močových cest a pánevního dna, mikcí a stresovou inkontinencí a její diagnostikou a terapií. Posledním zmíněným okruhem je kvalita života a její hodnocení. Pro výzkum byl zvolen standardizovaný dotazník Contilife, upraven do verze "před operací" a "po operaci" a doplněn o demografické otázky autorky. Dotazník byl rozdán ženám v ambulanci MUDr. Adamíka a na internetových fórech.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the quality of life in women with stress urinary incontinence. The aim of the study was to find out how the quality of life changed after incontinence surgery. The theoretical part deals with the anatomy and physiology of the urinary tract and pelvic floor, micturition and the stress incotinence and its diagnosis and therapy. The last mentioned area is the quality of life and its evaluation. The standardized Contilife questionnaire was chosen for the research, modified to the "before surgery" and "after surgery" versions and the author's demographic questions was added. The questionnaire was distributed to women in the ambulance of MUDr. Adamík and on internet forums.
