dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá vzděláváním dospělých a poradenstvím jako jedním z možných způsobů řešení nezaměstnanosti. Teoretická část, opírající se o poznatky odborné literatury, seznamuje čtenáře s negativními vlivy nezaměstnanosti na člověka a společnost. Dále se zabývá současnými trendy z oblasti vzdělávání dospělých, vhodně aplikovatelných u profesního vzdělávání a poradenstvím jako způsobem pomoci nezaměstnaným, předpokládajícím jejich aktivní účast. Praktická část se zaměřuje na kvantitativní zjištění míry spokojenosti uchazečů o zaměstnání, evidovaných na Úřadu práce ČR, s poradenskými službami. Dále zjišťuje postoje uchazečů o zaměstnání ke vzdělávání a jejich ochotu řešit aktivními cestami vlastní nezaměstnanost.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the education of adults and counselling as being one of the possible ways of solving unemployment. The theoritical part, grounded in knowledge of professional literature, introduces the reader to negative influences of unemployment on people and society. It also focuses on contemporary trends in the field of educating adults, conviniently applicable to vocational education, and counselling, as a way of helping the unemployed, assuming their active participation. The practical part centeres around the quantitative findings of the satisfaction rate of the job candidates who are signed on at the job centre in the Czech Republic with counselling services. It aslo investigates the approaches of the job candidates to education and their willingness to solve their own unemployment in active ways.
