dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou založení firmy podnikající v oboru fyzioterapie na Mělníku. Cílem práce je vypracování projektu umožňujícího založení soukromé fyziote-rapeutické praxe. Nejprve práce obsahuje teoretickou část popisující potřebné znalosti k založení soukromé praxe. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou prostředí a volbou právní formy na počátku podnikání. Následuje vypracovaný podnikatelský plán založení fyziote-rapeutické praxe implementovatelný do praxe.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the issue of establishing a company doing business in the field of physiotherapy in Mělník. The aim of the work is to develop a project enabling the establishment of a private physiotherapeutic practice. First, the work contains a theoretical part describing the necessary knowledge to establish a private practice. The practical part deals with the analysis of the environment and the choice of legal form at the beginning of the business. The following is an elaborated business plan for the establishment of a physio-therapeutic practice that can be implemented in practice.
