dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá pracovním uplatněním osob se zdravotním postižením. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části si popíšeme pojmy jako chráněný pracovní trh nebo pracovní rehabilitace. Více si přiblížíme i zákon o zaměstnanosti. Praktická část se věnuje analýze výsledků kvalitativního výzkumu, která byla provedena pomocí rozhovorů s osobami se zdravotním postižením za použití interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the employment of person with disabilities. The thesis is divided into teoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part we will describe terms such as protected labor market or occupational rehabilitation. We will také a closer look at the Employment Act. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the results of qualitative research, which was carried out through an interviews with people with disabilities using interpretive phenomenological analysis.
