Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zvýšení finanční výkonnosti společností dodávajících do automotive průmyslu pomocí benchmarkingu. Práce se skládá ze dvou části, a to teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část byla vypracována pomocí literární rešerše dané problematiky. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku vzorku společností, dále charakteristiku odvětví a zbytek práce je benchmarkingová studie. Ve studii jsou využity poznatky z teoretické části. Práce spočívá v porovnávání ukazatelů a nástrojů pro měření finanční výkonnosti za jednotlivé společnosti mezi sebou a s odvětvím. Mezi tyto nástroje patří například bankrotní ukazatele, pyramidový rozklad, spider graf. V poslední části práce je vyhodnocena nejlepší společnost a jsou popsána jednotlivá doporučení pro každou společnost. |

The bachelor thesis is focused on increasing the financial performance of companies supplying to the automotive industry through benchmarking. The work consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part was created using a literary research of the issue. The practical part contains the characteristics of a specimen of companies, the characteristics of the industry and the rest of the work is a benchmarking study. The knowledge from the theoretical part is used in the study. The work consists in comparing individual companies with each other and the industry by using comparing indicators and other tools used for measuring financial performance. These tools include e.g. bankruptcy indicators, pyramid decomposition, spider graph. In the last part of the work, the best company is evaluated and individual recommendations for each company are described. |
