Rigorózní práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter a fokusuje se na resilienci učitelů mateřských škol a učitelů 1. stupně základních škol. Cílem práce je zjistit znaky v jednotlivých dimenzích dotazníku SOC u učitelů mateřských škol a učitelů 1. stupně základních škol. Teoretická část se zabývá resiliencí v kontextu učitelství. V teoretické části jsou představeny vybrané modely resilience a sumarizovány poznatky o resilienci učitelů vůči změně. V empirické části je představený design a závěry kvantitativního výzkumu, který byl realizován s využitím dotazníku Sense of Coherence. Výzkumná data byla zpracována pomocí statistického programu STATISTICA. V závěru práce jsou interpretovány a analyzovány výsledky výzkumu. |

The rigorous work has a theoretical-empirical character and focuses on the resilience of kin-dergarten teachers and primary school teachers. The aim of the work is to find out the featu-res in individual dimensions of the SOC questionnaire for kindergarten teachers and primary school teachers. The theoretical part deals with resilience in the context of teaching. In the theoretical part, selected models of resilience are introduced and knowledge about teachers' resilience to change is summarized. The empirical part presents the design and conclusions of quantitative research, which was carried out using the Sense of Coherence questionnaire. Research data were processed using the statistical program STATISTICA. At the end of the work, the research results are interpreted and analyzed. |
