Rigorózní práce se zabývá zkoumáním faktorů, které ovlivňují efektivitu využívaných nástrojů a intervencí institucí formální sociální kontroly při řešení projevů rizikového chování spojeného s užíváním nelegálních návykových látek v adolescenci. Teoretická část je zaměřena na bilanci soudobého stavu poznání v otázkách sociálních norem, sociální kontroly a východisek vzniku sociálních deviací a dále představuje současné teoretické rámce přístupů k projevům rizikového chování a etiologii zneužívání nelegálních návykových látek, včetně východisek a intervencí preventivních strategií. Výzkumné šetření je realizováno metodou smíšeného výzkumu s těžištěm v jeho kvalitativní části, kterou tvoří polostrukturovaný rozhovor se zástupci vybraných profesních skupin. Cílem práce je v daném kontextu nahlédnout perspektivou oslovených zástupců aplikační praxe institucí formální sociální kontroly faktory, které ovlivňují efektivitu uplatňovaných nástrojů a intervencí a identifikovat zobecnitelné závěry využitelné v praxi pro formulaci systémových, legislativních, výchovných, preventivních i kontrolně regulačních opatření a změn. |

The rigorosum thesis deals with the research of factors affecting efficiency of applied instruments and interventions of the institutions of social control during resolution of risk behavior manifestations linked with illegal addictive substances abuse in adolescence. The theoretical part is focused on the balance of current situation of knowledge in issues of social norms, social control, and starting points of social deviations origin. Further, it poses theoretical frameworks of approaches towards risk behavior manifestations and illegal addictive substances etiology, including starting points and interventions of prevention strategies. The research investigation is carried out with the help of the method of mixed research with its focal point in the qualitative part. This is formed by semi - structured interview with representatives of selected professional groups. The aim of the thesis is to look at the factors affecting the efficiency of applied instruments and interventions through the perspective of the addressed representatives of application practice in institutions of social control, and to identify generalizable conclusions which are able to be practically exploited for the formulation of system, legislative, educational, preventive, and regulation controlling measures and changes. |
