dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá těhotenstvím a porodem žen s epilepsií. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit jaký vliv má epilepsie na těhotenství, porod a časné poporodní období. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsáno samotné onemocnění epilepsie, její klasifikace, diagnostika a léčba. V praktické části bylo provedeno výzkumné šetření pomocí polostrukturovaného dotazníku. Jeho cílem bylo zjistit, jak epilepsie ovlivnila ženy během těhotenství, porodu a zda měla vliv na samotný plod. Dílčími cíli bylo objasnit rizikové faktory epilepsie, vliv související léčby a vliv epilepsie na průběh těhotenství a porodu. Distribuce dotazníku probíhala online na sociální síti v uzavřené skupině žen, které trpí onemocněním epilepsie. Dotazník byl také zaslán v tištěné podobě do specializovaných neurologických ambulancí. Sesbíraná data byla zpracována, vyhodnocena a interpretována. Interpretace výsledků poukazuje na to, že epilepsie ve většině případu velký vliv na těhotenství a porod nemá.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with pregnancy and labour of women with epilepsy. The main goal of this thesis is to find out what impact epilepsy has on pregnancy, labour and early postnatal period. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the epilepsy disease itself, its classification, diagnostics and treatment. In the practical area, research was done by using the semi-structured survey. The goal was to find out how epilepsy impacted women during their pregnancy, labour and if there was any impact on the foetus itself. The partial goals were to clarify the risk factors of epilepsy, the impact of the related treatment and the impact of epilepsy on the pregnancy and labour progress. The survey was done via online social network within a private group of women with epilepsy. The printed version of the survey was also sent to neurological departments. The compiled data was analysed, evaluated and interpreted. The interpretation of the results points out that the epilepsy does not have essential impact on pregnancy or labour.
