Tématem diplomové práce je chování dětí jako zdroj stresu učitele v mateřské škole. Práce má teoreticko - empirický charakter. Jejím cílem je popsat, jak učitelé mateřských škol interpretují chování dětí jako stresující. Teoretická část představuje interakci učitele a dítěte, chování dětí a stres v práci učitele mateřské školy. V empirické části byl proveden kvalitativní výzkum. Probíhal formou rozhovorů s učiteli mateřských škol. Na základě analýzy získaných dat, byly popsány typy chování dětí, které stresují učitele mateřských škol. |

The topic of the diploma thesis is the behavior of children as a source of stress for teachers in kindergarten. The work has a theoretical - empirical character. Its aim is to describe how kindergarten teachers interpret children's behavior as stressful. The theoretical part presents the interaction of teacher and child, children's behavior and stress in the work of a kindergarten teacher. Qualitative research was conducted in the empirical part. It took the form of interviews with kindergarten teachers. Based on the analysis of the obtained data, the types of behavior of children that stress kindergarten teachers were described. |
