dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na ochranu měkkých cílů v kontextu veřejných akcí. V první části jsou představeny základní pojmy, dále pak problematika terorismu, právní normy a další nástroje českého boje proti terorismu a probrána byla také problematika ochrany měkkých cílů. Následně jsou představeny prostory, ve kterých akce probíhají a samotné akce. Za pomoci dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru s policistou, jsou zjištěny všechny potřebné informace, které slouží k vyhodnocení situace okolo zabezpečení měkkých cílů na veřejných akcích. V závěru práce jsou návrhy na zlepšení, a to i díky SWOT analýze.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on the protection of soft targets in the context of public events. The first part introduces the basic concepts, then the issue of terrorism, legal norms and other tools of the Czech fight against terrorism and also discussed the issue of protection of soft targets. Subsequently, the spaces in which the events take place and the events themselves are presented. With the help of a questionnaire survey and an interview with a police officer, all the necessary information is found out, which is used to evaluate the situation around securing soft targets at public events. At the end of the work are suggestions for improvement, even thanks to SWOT analysis.
