Diplomová práce je zaměřena na sestavení podnikatelského plánu laboratorního centra s využitím obchodního modelu Lean Canvas. Cílem práce je vytvořit projekt integrované a centralizované laboratoře s dvojím významem: implementací nových trendů v laboratorní diagnostice a zároveň implementací moderních nástrojů v procesu podnikání. V rámci řešení byly použity analytické metody PESTLE a Porter pro zjištění podmínek na trhu a byly shrnuty do SWOT analýzy laboratorního oddělení. Navržené řešení obsahuje ideový projekt na vybudování laboratorního centra, které bude situováno v části města Brna - Medlánky. Projekt byl podroben marketingové, finanční, časové a rizikové analýze. |

The diploma thesis is focused on compiling a business plan for a laboratory center using the Lean Canvas business model. The aim of the work is to create a project of an integrated and centralized laboratory, where the importance will be twofold, the implementation of new trends in laboratory diagnostics and at the same time the implementation of modern tools in the business process. As part of the solution, the analytical methods PESTLE and Porter were used to determine market conditions and were summarized in the SWOT analysis of the laboratory compartment. The proposed solution contains an idea project for the construction of a laboratory center, which will be located in the part of the city of Brno - Medlánky. The project is subjected to marketing, financial, time and risk analysis. |
