dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem Vytvoření krizových scénářů pro Věznici Kuřim. Krizové scénáře jsou zaměřeny na problematiku chemických, biologických látek a radiologických, nukleárních materiálů (CBRN). Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá historickým a právním ukotvením problematiky CBRN, vymezuje základní pojmy, které provází diplomovou práci. Následně seznamuje s jednotlivými částmi CBRN. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je věnovaná krizovým scénářům. Praktická část obsahuje popis vybrané organizace a věnuje se zhodnocení současného stavu připravenosti Věznice Kuřim na krizové situace a organizační složce věznice. Dále práce seznamuje s vybranými látkami, na které jsou krizové scénáře zaměřeny, a to konkrétně s biologickou látkou Anthrax a chemickou látkou Sarin. Následně se praktická část věnuje samotnému vytvoření krizových scénářů a návrhu jejich opatření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the topic of Creating Crisis Scenarios for Kuřim Prison. Crisis scenarios are focused on the issue of chemical and biological substances and radiological, nuclear materials (CBRN). The work is divided into theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the historical and legal grounding of CBRN issues, defines the basic concepts that accompany the thesis. It subsequently introduces the various parts of the CBRN. The last chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to crisis scenarios. The practical part contains a description of the selected organization and is devoted to the evaluation of the current state of preparedness of the Kuřim Prison for crisis situations and the organizational unit of the prison. Furthermore, the work introduces the selected substances on which crisis scenarios are focused, specifically with the biological substance Anthrax and the chemical substance Sarin. Then the practical part deals with the creation of crisis scenarios and the design of their measures.
