dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuálními aspekty resocializace odsouzených. Vymezuje pojmy fenomenologie, etiologie a právní aspekty vztahující se k tomuto tématu. Cílem práce je zkoumat vliv a úspěšnost resocializace odsouzených v průběhu výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, náhradního trestu a po propuštění z výkonu trestu. Zabývá se také aktuálními metodami resocializace odsouzených, metodami prevence návratu do vězení, Recidivou odsouzených. bydlením pro propuštěné a jejich první zaměstnání na svobodě a dohledem nad nimi, neziskovými organizacemi, které pomáhají s resocializováním odsouzených a jejich zařazení do běžného pracovního života. Práce poukazuje na roli Vězeňské služby ČR při fenoménu procesu propouštění a přípravy na něj.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with current aspects of resocialization of convicts. Defines the concepts of phenomenology, etiology and legal aspects related to this topic. The aim of the thesis is to examine the influence and success of resocialization of convicts during the execution of imprisonment, substitute sentence and after release from prison. It also deals with current methods of resocialization of convicts, methods of prevention of return to prison, recidivism of convicts. housing for the released and their first job at large and their supervision, non-profit organizations that help with the resocialization of convicts and their integration into normal working life. The thesis points out the role of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic in the phenomenon of the process of release and preparation for it.
