dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o službě terénní sociální práce pro rodiny s dětmi, u které byl kladen důraz na pohled klientů této služby. Teoretická část se nejprve zabývá sociálními službami, jejich rozdělením a definuje základní pojmy jako je sociální pracovník a službu věnující se rodinám s dětmi. Následně se věnujeme rodinám s dětmi, na které tato služba cílí. V závěru teoretické části jsou přiblíženy metody práce a základní činnosti. Praktická část se soustředí na hodnocení spokojenosti se službou terénní sociální práce pro rodiny s dětmi z pohledu klientů. Smíšený výzkum umožnil dotazníkové hodnocení základních činností a následně byl získán konkrétní pohled od klientů za pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Master thesis focuses on service of field social work for families with children, where the focus was on the perspective of the clients of this service. The theoretical part first deals with social services, their division and defines basic terms such as social worker and service dedicated to families with children. It then looks at the families with children targeted by the service. At the end of the theoretical part, the methods of work and basic activities are presented. The practical part focuses on the evaluation of satisfaction with the service of field social work for families with children from the perspective of clients. The mixed methods research allowed for a questionnaire evaluation of the basic activities and then a specific perspective was obtained from the clients using a semi-structured interview.
