Vedoucí práce: JUDr. Vladislav Štefka. - Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). - Zlín: FAI UTB, 2008, 64 s. Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámení s obory, které zkoumají a porovnávají ruční písmo. Tato práce se skládá z osmi kapitol. První kapitola popisuje o písmu, rukopisu, podpisu, psacím pohybu neboli o dynamickém stereotypu a psacím impulsu. Druhá kapitola popisuje vznik vědy o rukopise. Ve třetí kapitole se nachází rozdělení identifikací osob z ručního písma. Čtvrtá kapitola pojednává o rukopisném oboru grafologie a grafických znacích, které určují vlastnosti pisateli. V páté kapitole je popsáno jak poznáme zločinné prvky v písmu a zkoumání anonymního rukopisu. Šestá kapitola pojednává o expertíze ručního písma neboli písmoznalectví, jeho zkoumání sporného a srovnávacího materiálu, výsledky zkoumání a využití různých metod a systému. V sedmé kapitole se pojednává o programu LUCIA s modulem SIGNATURE. Osmá kapitola je zaměřená na biomechaniku využívanou při zkoumání rukopisu na zdech a určení věku pisatele. |

Institute of electrotechnics a measuration. Principal adviser: JUDr. Vladislav Štefka.- Degree of qualification: Bachelor (Bc.).- Zlín: FAI UTB, 2008, 64 p. Ambition of this bachelor's work is to inform with the lines which examine and compare handwritten lettering. The work includes eight chapters. The first one interprets the lettering, the handwriting, the signature, the written action, dynamic stereo and the written impulse. The second one describes creation of handwriting science. In the third chapter you find separation of the handwritten lettering user identification. The fourth one deals with handwritten line called graphology and graphic features which define attributes of the writer. In the fifth chapter is written how to know criminally components in the lettering and examination anonymous writer. The sixth one deal with appraisal of handwritten lettering, examine his contingent and comparative material, achievements of the examination and make the most of different methods and systems. The seventh one deals with the program LUCIA and module SIGNATURE. The eight one is fixed on the biomechanics which is used during the examination of the handwriting on the walls and identification the age. |
