dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu motivačního systému ve společnosti CN Group CZ a.s. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout a doporučit společnosti opatření ke zlepšení motivačního systému. Dílčím cílem je zanalyzovat aktuální motivační systém ve společnosti a pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjistit, jak jsou zaměstnanci vybrané firmy spokojeni a motivováni. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmy z oblasti motivace, motivačními teoriemi, odměňováním zaměstnanců, řízením lidských zdrojů a motivačním programem. Praktická část zahrnuje představení a historii společnosti, personální ukazatele, analýzu současného motivačního systému a dotazníkové šetření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the motivation system in the company CN Group CZ a.s. The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to design measures to improve the motivation system and recommend them to the company. The partial goal is to analyze the current motivation system in the company and use a questionnaire survey to find out how satisfied and motivated employees of the selected company are. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with concepts in the field of motivation, motivational theories, employee remuneration, human resource management and motivational program. The practical part includes the introduction and history of the company, personnel indicators, analysis of current motivation system and a questionnaire survey.
