dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je zpracovat benchmarkingovou studii a následně navrhnout vhodná opatření, která povedou ke zvýšení finanční výkonnosti podniku Kasko spol. s r.o. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Nejprve je na základě literární rešerše zpracována problematika finanční výkonnosti podniku, jejího měření a benchmarkingu. Praktická část začíná představením a charakteristikou podniku Kasko spol. s r.o., pro který je zpracována benchmarkingová studie. Praktická část pokračuje finanční analýzou podniku a srovnáním s odvětvím. Následně je v benchmarkingové studii srovnána finanční výkonnost podniku s vhodnými benchmarkingovými partnery. V poslední části práce jsou navrhnuta opatření vedoucí ke zvýšení finanční výkonnosti podniku Kasko spol. s r.o.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the diploma thesis is to elaborate a benchmarking study and then propose appropriate measures that will lead to increase the financial performance of the company Kasko spol. s r.o. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. At first, the theoretical knowledge of the corporate's financial performance, its measurement and benchmarking are elaborated on the basis of a literature search. The practical part begins with the introduction and characteristics of the company Kasko spol. s r.o., for which a benchmarking study is prepared. The practical part continues with the financial analysis of the company and comparison with the industry. Finally, the benchmarking study compares the company's financial performance with suitable benchmarking partners. The conclusion contains proposals and recommendations leading to increase the financial performance of the selected company.
