Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na člověka s mentálním handicapem, zaměstnání a jeho význam pro další osobní oblasti v životě. Teoretická část je složena ze dvou kapitol. V první se budeme věnovat vymezení pojmu mentálního postižení a také možnostmi, kde a za jakých podmínek mohou najít pracovní uplatnění lidi s mentálním handicapem. Podrobněji si vymezíme termín sociální podnikání. Druhá část se věnuje životním oblastem, kam zařadíme volnočasové aktivity. V praktické části kvalitativního výzkumu se pomocí rozhovoru zaměříme, jaký vliv má zaměstnání pro další oblasti života mentálně postiženého člověka. |

This bachelor's thesis is focused on people with a learning disability, their employment and its importance to other personal areas of their life. The theoretical part consists of two chapters. In the first one we will discuss the definition of the term intellectual disability and also the possibilities where and under what conditions people with intellectual disabilities can find employment. We will define the term social entrepreneurship in more detail. The second part is devoted to life domains, where we will include leisure activities. In the practical part of the qualitative research, we will use an interview to explore how employment affects other areas of the life of a mentally disabled person. |
