Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu systému náboru zaměstnanců ve společnosti Smurfit Kappa Czech s.r.o., závod Žimrovice. Práce se skládá celkem ze dvou částí. Cílem teoretické části bakalářské práce bylo zpracovat literární rešerši vztahující se k oblasti získávání, výběru, přijímání a adaptaci zaměstnanců a následně formulovat teoretická východiska pro zpracování praktické části. Cílem praktické části byla analýza současného stavu systému získávání, výběru, přijímání a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Výsledky realizované analýzy odhalily určité nedostatky, a proto byla vybrané společnosti navržena doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení jejího současného systému recruitmentu. |

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the recruitment system in Smurfit Kappa Czech s.r.o., plant Žimrovice. The thesis consists of two parts. The aim of the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis was to prepare a literature search related to the field of recruitment, selection, hiring and adaptation of employees and then formulate the theoretical basis for the practical part. The practical part aimed to analyse the current state of the system of recruitment, selection, hiring and adaptation of employees in the selected company. The results of the analysis revealed certain shortcomings, and therefore recommendations have been proposed for the selected company to improve the current recruitment system. |
