dc.description.abstract	Tato práce je zaměřena na zřízení soukromého pracoviště fyzioterapie ve městě Olomouc. V teoretické části jsou popsány možnosti podnikání v České republice a podmínky pro jeho zahájení. Je představena struktura podnikatelského plánu. Druhá polovina teoretické části je zaměřena na představení oboru fyzioterapie a specifikaci managementu a marketingu ve zdravotnictví. Na úvod praktické části jsou vyhodnoceny výchozí podmínky pro zřízení zdravotnického zařízení na podkladě analýz prostředí. Na základě těchto analýz je představen projekt zřízení soukromého pracoviště fyzioterapie, který je podroben časové, nákladové a rizikové analýze.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on the establishment of a private physiotherapy centre in the city of Olomouc. The theoretical part describes the possibilities of doing business in the Czech Republic and the conditions for its launch. The structure of the business plan is presented. The second half of the theoretical part is focused on the introduction of the field of physiotherapy and the specification of management and marketing in health care. At the beginning of the practical part, the initial conditions for the establishment of a medical facility based on environmental analyzes are evaluated. Based on these analyzes, the project of establishing a private physiotherapy centre is presented, which is subjected to time, cost and risk analysis.
