dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hodnocení akutní bolesti u pacientů po operačním výkonu. Svým obsahem je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se skládá ze tří hlavních kapitol. První kapitola zvaná bolest obsahuje definici bolesti, její klasifikaci, reakci organismu na bolest a faktory, které ji ovlivňují. Druhá kapitola pojednává o akutní pooperační bolesti a její farmakologické i nefarmakologické léčbě. Třetí kapitola se zabývá diagnostikou bolesti. Jsou zde uvedeny nástroje, které se využívají k měření bolesti. Poslední podkapitola se věnuje role sestry ve vztahu k bolesti. V praktické části jsou uvedeny výsledky kvantitativního šetření formou vytvořeného dotazníku, které se zaměřují na hodnocení akutní bolesti u pacientů po operačním výkonu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of acute pain in patients after surgery. Its content is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part consists of three main chapters. The first chapter called pain contains the definition of pain, its classification, the body's response to pain and the factors that affect it. The second chapter deals with acute postoperative pain and its pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment. The third chapter deals with the diagnosis of pain. Here are the tools that are used to measure pain. The last subchapter deals with the role of the nurse in relation to pain. The practical part presents the results of a quantitative survey in the form of a questionnaire, which focuses on the evaluation of acute pain in patients after surgery.
