dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na spolupráci asistenta pedagoga s učitelem v základní škole. V teoretické části je vymezena profese asistenta pedagoga, vznik a vývoj této profese a jeho etablování v českém školství. Následuje popis současného legislativního vymezení, profesní identita asistenta pedagoga. Další kapitola se zaměřuje na pracovní náplň asistenta pedagoga. Závěr teoretické části se zaměřuje na spolupráci asistentů pedagoga s učiteli. Jsou zde popsány tzv. modely spolupráce učitelů a asistentů pedagoga a kvalita a kvantita jejich spolupráce. Cílem praktické části bylo zjistit, jak asistenti pedagoga působící na druhém stupni základních škol vnímají a hodnotí spolupráci s učiteli. Pro naplnění výzkumných cílů byl použit kvantitativní přístup.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on the cooperation of a teaching assistant with a primary school teacher. The theoretical part defines the profession of teaching assistant, the origin and development of this profession and its establishment in Czech education. The following is a description of the current legislative definition, the professional identity of the teaching assistant. The next chapter focuses on the job description of the teaching assistant. The conclusion of the theoretical part focuses on the cooperation of teaching assistants with teachers. The so-called models of cooperation between teachers and teaching assistants and the quality and quantity of their cooperation are described here. The aim of the practical part was to find out how teaching assistants working at the second stage of elementary schools perceive and evaluate cooperation with teachers. A quantitative approach was used to meet the research objectives.
